Accomplishing Mia (Turner, C. '24) Tet, Dor, 21", 5" Early Mid-season. Named for the fifth and last of our talented and lovely great-nieces. Suited for a forward spot in the garden favored for easy viewing, Accomplishing Mia displays soft mauve coloration, an extended purple band with "eyelashes", an apple green throat, and ruffled segments. A cross of (Maureen Faber x Tal of Gascone), Accomplishing Mia displays nine buds on three-way branching in its first year of bloom and is fertile both ways. T19-72 [Reserved for increase]
Carmine Miranda Rights (Turner,C. '24) Dip, Dor, 30", 3.75", Late Mid-season. Saluting an unusual and vivid presentation of the color red, a pathbreaking and iconic talent in the performing arts, and a landmark and long-overdue Supreme Court decision when-issued in 1966, Carmine Miranda Rights is a bright-beacon-blend of reds and pinks featuring a red band, red veining and a gold-green throat. Carrying nineteen buds on four-way branching, Carmine Miranda Rights is a cross of (Mill River Masque x unknown) and is both pod and pollen fertile. D18-87 [$80.00 DF] ~~~
Forever A Free Press (Turner, C. '24) Tet, Dor, Fragrant, 39", 8", Mid-Late Season. A commanding dark maroon presence with a lavender halo, yellow-into-olive green throat, and vanilla-white edging and sepal darts; Forever A Free Press sports an occasional mottled look providing intriguing hybridizing potential. Fertile both ways, Forever A Free Press is a cross of ((Blue Eyed Susan x Nordic Soul) x (unknown x Ultimate Blush)) and displays thirteen buds on two-way branching. T20-07 [$100 SF] ~~~
Naught Fooled Anymore (Turner, C. '24) Tet, Dor, 30", 6", Midseason. Featuring a French-vanilla-cream-yellow base with a red eye, red picotee edging, and a green throat; Naught Fooled Anymore will occasionally surprise the garden visitor with a stunning outer-white band and midrib. Displaying eleven buds on two branches, Naught Fooled Anymore is a cross of (Abilene Lillian x Carnival Dream) & is fertile both ways. T14-7 [100.00 DF] ~~~
OctoNessie (Turner, C. '24) Dor, Tet, 9.25", 29", Fragrant, Mid-Late Season. No lurking in the morning mists here. With its extended golden-yellow throat, recurved stippled rose-pink segment ends and prominent white and yellow teeth, OctoNessie says, "I'm here, I'm gorgeous, and I know it." Fertile both ways, but difficult as a pod parent, OctoNessie is a cross of (Raised by Wolves x unknown [believed to be Heavenly New Frontiers]) with eight buds on two-way branching. Parasol Princess (Turner, C. '24) Dip, Dor, 37", 4.5", Midseason. A simple, clean and refreshing look without an eye or picoteed edge, but nevertheless compelling with its vanilla centered bicolor petals broadly edged in rose pink, and a small green throat; Parasol Princess is a cross of (America's First Peoples x unknown), is fertile both ways, and carries 17 buds on two-way branching.
