The name Sorbonne was also from a former Theological College in Paris around the 13th Century, and was named after Robert de Sorbon. This plant certainly has a peaceful quality to it.  A whipped peach flower infuses with cream by noon, with a light rose apricot eye and a double rim of rose and gold.  Heavy waxy substance, small green throat.
